Cancellation and Refund Policy - Red Flower Publication Pvt. Ltd.

At Red Flower Publications, we strive to process orders efficiently. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations or refunds may be necessary.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, except in cases of duplicate payment.
  • A 10% service charge will be applied to all cancelled subscriptions.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be processed for non-delivered items if we are notified within 120 days of the order date.
  • Claims for non-delivered items must be made within 90 days of the order date.
  • Processing and special order fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@rfppl.co.in or call us at +91-8130750089 / +91-11-79695648. We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, which you must include with your return.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

Please note: It is essential to notify us promptly if you do not receive your order. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe may result in refusal of refund.
