At Red Flower Publications, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality books and excellent service. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a book or journal issues.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 120 days of delivery
Types of Returns
- Defective or damaged books/journal issue: If your book/journal issue arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge.
- Incorrect orders: If you receive an incorrect book/journal issue or order, we will replace it with the correct item.
Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@rfppl.co.in or call us at +91-8130750089 / +91-11-79695648. We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, which you must include with your return.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
- Defective or damaged books/journal issues: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Incorrect orders: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:
- E-books: All e-book sales are final.
- Customized or personalized books/journal issues: These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Books/journal issues marked as "final sale": These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
