Abstract

With the fast changing technological advances computers, satellites, communication technology, networking and the advent of computer in libraries, the task of the librarian has completely changed as to how the librarian could provide assistance to scientists and researchers. The present study centre’s round the various websites available with regard to English literature. To know all above eighteenth century resource’s the website useful is, http://andromeda.rutger.edu/-1ynch/18th/lit.html/. To know about Charles Dickens, the website to be searched is “http://Charles Dickens page”. To know about the great Shakespeare in English literature the useful web address is http://shakespeare.palomar.edu/works.htm. Some important websites with regard to English literature have been selected for study for example, the Victorian web.
