Introduction: The emergence of digital repository became
inevitable after 2003 when Open access movement initiated all
around the globe. Open Access to Odia Books (OAOB) is digital
repository focused on the collection of Odia books to preserve the
heritage of Odia literature and culture through digitization of old
and rare documents in Odia Language.

Objective: The present study has been conducted to find out the
recent trends of openly accessible e-books in Odia language available
through the repository--Open Access to Odia Books (OAOB) in
terms of year, author, subject, etc.Design/Methodology/Approach: The required data for this study has been collected online for analysis from the OAOB web-pages. After that they have been summarized and analyzed as per objectives mentioned.

Findings: The result shows that 836 digitally scanned e-books are
available in Odia language on different subjects through OAOB. The
analysis has been made based on different bibliogpahic parameters
like year of publication, subject wise availability, etc. It is also found
that there is a special collection of e-books. Special collection includes
mainly translated books of Shreema, Aurobindo, Rabindranath
Tagore, Gandhiji and many other classical authors.

Conclusions: The study is important for the promotion of Odia
e-books and accessible to all people through OAOB so that people
interested in Odia language and literature can easily be availed the
opportunity of reading e-books in Odia language free of cost and it
increases the image of people of Odisha.

This research paper is used to throw the light on how Cloud
Computing is used in academic library systems and its application,
Impact, prospects for academic libraries. It is a new technology for
IT services which many businesses and organization are adopting.
This paper provides brief information on cloud computing and
its application for academic libraries. Cloud computing provides
us virtually unlimited and on-demand computing resources. This
paper provides some basic idea to choose evaluate Cloud services
for the academic library.

Scientometric analysis of 290 research articles published in Journal
of Bio-technology Report during the period 2014-2018. The number
of contributions, authorship pattern and author productivity,
keywords and length of articles, Citation of the articles, degree of
collaboration, Relative Growth Rate and Doubling time, Institution
wise contribution has been analyzed. Out of 290 contributions,
only 8 is single author and rest by multi authors with degree of
collaboration 0.972, The study revealed that the author productivity
is 0.21 and dominated by the multiple authors.

The present analytical study has investigated to identify the research
trends of open access scholarly journals showed in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). It gives open access to publishing in the areaof Nephrology based on the data extracted from DOAJ. Open-access scholarly journals are freely available peer-reviewed publications which will permit the user community to search, read, copy, download, share, print, and link to the full-text research articles through the Internet. Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) was launched in 2003 at Lund University, Sweden with 300 OA Journals but today contains ca. 10000 OA Journals including Science, Technology, Medicine, Social Science and Humanities. The DOAJ has three types of membership such as Publisher, Ordinary member and Sponsor (https://doaj.org/about). It is noted that the directory till 5th August 2018 has listed 3,175,734 articles under 11,760 journals across 128 countries, of which 26 (0.22%) journals have been listed under the subject of Nephrology. The results reveal that the huge numbers (57.69%) of the OA Journals in DOAJ are accessible in online or electronic format. A major proportion of 14 journals do not charge any type of article processing charges (APCs). It was found that the major proportion (=34.62%) of journal license was by two licenses namely CC
By-NC-ND and CC By-NC respectively. Majority of journals published
from Switzerland (5 journals), and followed by four journals are published from the United Kingdom. As expected, the major proportion i.e. 73.09% of journals was in the English language of the total open access scholarly journals in the subject of Nephrology. Major frequency of 7 (26.90%) journals is quarterly and followed by frequency of six (23.10%) journals is yearly appeared.

The NKC in its recommendation of Libraries states that “A library
is not a building stacked with books – it is a repository and source of
information and ideas, a place for learning and enquiry, and for the
generation of thought and the creation of new knowledge”. (NKC, 2007).
An ideal teacher education college library with qualitative collection
of resources, the computerized library operations and other library
services including the documentation work, will impart very good
library sense among the teachers and students. For this purpose the
researcher sought the help and guidance from the Academic section of
the Bangalore University for authentic information in this regards. For
the study purpose the researcher identified and selected 62 B.Ed. collegesand questionnaires were distributed to the Librarians. Out of which 51colleges have responded positively and response rate is 82.25%.
