We are currently seeking expressions of interest for an Editor/Reviewer position on this journal.

The journal does not make editorial decisions based on the interest of the study or its likely impact. Research must be scientifically valid; in research articles, this includes scientifically sound research questions, the use of suitable methods and analysis, and the application of standards convened by the community relating to the field of research.

What are we looking for?

We are interested in individuals who commit to data sharing and innovation in scientific publishing.

Suitable candidates should:

a)    have at least fifteen (15) papers in English-language, peer-reviewed journals; 
b)    have frequently been listed as corresponding authors (first or last authors) over the past five years; and
c)    have demonstrated expertise that corresponds to the scope and requirements of the journals.

  • Topic Selection: Choose topics for journal coverage.
  • Timely Reviews: Complete assigned reviews within deadlines.
  • Manuscript Contributions: Submit at least three manuscripts to the journal annually.
  • Editorial Pieces: Contribute editorial content.
  • Journal Scope: Define and update the journal's aims, scope, and topics of interest.
  • Inclusive Ethos: Foster an inclusive environment, prioritizing quality, integrity, and relevance.
  • Editorial Decisions: Make decisions on manuscripts after peer review.
  • Reviewer: Act as a reviewer for manuscripts requiring objective quality reports.
  • Community Engagement: Promote the journal within your network, raising awareness of publications and developments.
  • Recruitment: Invite colleagues to join the editorial board, guest edit, or submit manuscripts.
  • Submission Attraction: Attract submissions by inviting peers to submit or occasionally submitting your own work.

  • Strategic Development: Offer advice on journal development priorities and participate in community discussions and meetings.
